Bay Park Elementary School’s Holiday Store planning is underway…. and here is a NO COST way you can help us make it a great one!
ABOUT THE STORE:
At the Holiday Store (coming December 9th – 11th), students get the opportunity to pick out budget-friendly gifts for friends and family for the winter holiday season! It is a tradition that brings a lot of joy to our Bay Park students!
5th Graders and their families will be running the store this year to help raise money for the PTA funded 5th grade activities/traditions that all Bay Park students receive when they are in their final year at the school. We will be crafting and donating items to be sold at the store. BUT, we can always use more!
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
At this time, we are reaching out to all families at BPE to see if you have any items that you may like to donate to the store’s inventory of items for sale this year. Many of us have small unused (or gently used) items cluttering up our home – well, we’d like to offer you a place to donate those items!! That white-elephant gift still sitting in your drawer? Give it to the Holiday Store! Aunt Sally’s gift that isn’t truly your favorite? Give it to the Holiday Store!
Some items that make great Holiday Store treasures are:
* Ornaments (decorated, store bought, handcrafted) * Stationary * Art Supplies * Dog and Cat Treats * Keychains * Stuffed Animals * Photo Frames * Bath Products *
* Small Jewelry Items * Games * Puzzles * Mugs * Candles * Lip Balms * etc*
Remember, all of the items in the store are donated/hand-made from our generous families at Bay Park and we are calling on you to make this year’s store a BIG success.
Please bring your donated items to the school office starting Monday, 11/30 through Friday, 12/04.
