BPE PTA Association Meeting
Wednesday February 18th @ 7:00pm

Our next Bay Park Elementary PTA Association meeting for the 2025-26 school year will be Wednesday February 18th @ 7:00pm. Join us in the BPE Auditorium!

We will be discussing several items, including:

• 4th Grade Gold Rush field trip
• Jog-A-Thon budget increase
• Nominating Committee updates
• Announcements from committees, PTA President and Principal
• Approval of last meeting minutes (attached)

Members, new members, non members… all are welcome to attend so spread the word and bring a friend! This is your chance to discuss agenda items, learn about what is happening, ask questions (no question is a bad question!) and get involved now and in the future.

Keep in mind you must be a PTA member for 30 days in order to vote, but everyone can discuss and be involved. We appreciate all the support and help for our kids!

No childcare will be provided.

** Sometimes it can hard to make these meetings in person so we provide a virtual option to listen, be present and vote. We ask that you type your questions and comments into the chat which we will be monitoring and reading out to the group. Voting will be done via hand raise or thumbs up.
