DESCRIPTION:BPE PTA Association Meeting\nWednesday February 18th @ 7:00pm\nOur next Bay Park Elementary PTA Association meeting for the 2025-26 school year will be Wednesday February 18th @ 7:00pm. Join us in the BPE Auditorium! \nWe will be discussing several items\, including: \n\n4th Grade Gold Rush field trip\nJog-A-Thon budget increase\nNominating Committee updates\nAnnouncements from committees\, PTA President and Principal\nApproval of last meeting minutes (attached)\n\nHere is the Canva Presentation with Agenda (Financials and Budget are linked within): https://www.canva.com/design/DAFjxN9f-2Q/Ox_L7yMgjsL9fTIV1fiYGQ/view \nMembers\, new members\, non members… all are welcome to attend so spread the word and bring a friend! This is your chance to discuss agenda items\, learn about what is happening\, ask questions (no question is a bad question!) and get involved now and in the future. \nKeep in mind you must be a PTA member for 30 days in order to vote\, but everyone can discuss and be involved. We appreciate all the support and help for our kids! \nNo childcare will be provided. \n** Sometimes it can hard to make these meetings in person so we provide a virtual option to listen\, be present and vote. We ask that you type your questions and comments into the chat which we will be monitoring and reading out to the group. Voting will be done via hand raise or thumbs up.
